Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Studley AI platform.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Studley AI (“the Service”), located at studley-ai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

02. Description of Service

Studley AI provides an artificial intelligence-driven platform that allows users to generate study materials, including flashcards, quizzes, and summaries from user-provided text or topics.

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
  • Some features may be limited by daily usage caps for free users.

03. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or algorithms used on the platform.
  • Use the Service to generate mass-produced spam or misinformation.

04. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any text or documents you upload to Studley AI. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service.

Our Content: The design, code, logos, and proprietary algorithms of Studley AI are owned by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

💡 AI-Generated Content

While you own the specific study sets you generate, we do not guarantee that the AI-generated content is unique. Other users may receive similar results if they provide identical inputs.

05. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Studley AI are generated by Artificial Intelligence. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. AI can “hallucinate” or provide factually incorrect information.

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all flashcards and quiz questions before using them for exams or professional certifications.

06. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Studley AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Studley AI, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

07. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain premium features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service unless required by law.

08. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
